Highlights

Connect non-degree-seeking learners with university and program resources when they need to confirm prerequisites for graduate school or professional programs.
Welcome newly admitted online undergraduates and support their orientation through proactive phone and email outreach.
Manage and respond to Salesforce cases and the general CSU Advising Team inbox for online credit-bearing courses.
Track data on learners who complete the Tentative Transfer Evaluation process, along with other retention and matriculation data.
Associate degree or at least 60 completed college credits required; a bachelor’s degree, one year of experience, and familiarity with systems such as Banner, EAB Navigate, Salesforce, and Canvas are preferred.
Experience in a college or university setting supporting learners at a distance is preferred, along with strong written communication and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Pay of $55,000 to $57,000 in a hybrid role based at the Fort Collins campus, with in-person meetings required each semester.
