Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Product Strategist to lead the development and execution of our AI-powered product roadmap, focused on enhancing children’s learning and development. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in artificial intelligence, strategic product management skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative, scalable products. Role Responsibilities:

Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic outcomes, focusing on product success and transformation acceleration.

Cross-functional Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design) from product discovery through delivery, ensuring the AI-driven solutions meet customer and user needs.
Collaborate with engineers and designers early in the process, leveraging their skills and providing direct customer insights to develop innovative solutions.

User and Market Research:

Conduct deep market research and customer discovery techniques to understand target users and industry trends. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate product decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.
Lead competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the AI-powered product landscape.

Product Development:

Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development backlog.
