JOB SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
  • Use statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Create technical documentation for SOX compliance.
  • Document work instructions for use of developed analytical tools.
  • Establish, review, and maintain timelines.
  • Communicate status to upper management and internal customers.
  • Salary Range: $23.50 - $27.00.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-to-4-year degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in CIS, Database Management / Modeling, Mathematics, or related field
  • Strong consideration for candidates with database, data analysis, and reporting software experience
  • Knowledge of developmental software languages (Visual Basic, SQL, or others) 
  • Ability to find solutions to challenging problems
  • Experience in process analysis and development a plus
  • Deadline oriented and ability to work under stressful situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to determine procedures and methods to be used to garner expected results
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing job responsibilities
  • Must be able to learn processes quickly, break process down into logical divisions, and recognize opportunity for improvements.
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, as well as upper-level management.
