Do you enjoy learning and supporting others to grow? Join Uline Sales as an Associate Instructional Designer, supporting the creation of impactful training programs for our 600+ member sales team!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing quality learning materials for in-person, eLearning and video training modules on products, processes and procedures that align with Uline standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and conduct research to create accurate, effective content.
  • Master instructional design fundamentals and authoring tools while maintaining Uline’s brand.
  • Develop support materials such as monthly product assessments and industry news one-pagers.
  • Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify opportunities and future topics.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. This is a great opportunity for recent grads!
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
