Associate Instructional Designer

Do you enjoy learning and supporting others to grow? Join Uline Sales as an Associate Instructional Designer, supporting the creation of impactful training programs for our 600+ member sales team!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

Assist in developing quality learning materials for in-person, eLearning and video training modules on products, processes and procedures that align with Uline standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and conduct research to create accurate, effective content.
Master instructional design fundamentals and authoring tools while maintaining Uline’s brand.
Develop support materials such as monthly product assessments and industry news one-pagers.
Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify opportunities and future topics.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree. This is a great opportunity for recent grads!
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
