ETS's Praxis division, dedicated to empowering aspiring teachers, is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support Go-To-Market activities for partners and clients. You will play a crucial part in shaping the way we communicate the value of our products to partners and clients. You will be a key player in developing engaging content and equipping our sales team with the tools they need to succeed.   • Work closely with the client success, sales, business development, and product teams to make strategic recommendations and provide the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and other sales enablement materials that are clear, consistent, aligned with Praxis brand, and resonate with our personas.
  • Demonstrate the ability to tell a story to stakeholders (driving the “why” behind the work) based on the customer insights that you pull from the data and aggregate
  • Develop the creative strategy & portfolio of assets for the client and customer-facing teams to drive demand and client retention
  • Demonstrate a strong command of copywriting and creative judgment, ensuring that all marketing communications are clear, concise, and compelling, while also being customer-centric.
  • Able to develop and implement project management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives by identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies and leading project teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with laws/regulations applicable to the job function.

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong storyteller with a knack for creating compelling content that will drive results.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills: You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for education: You are genuinely interested in the field of education and committed to our mission of empowering aspiring teachers
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in content creation or marketing, preferably in the education space.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
