The Wound Care Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and follow-up on marketing leads focused on selling Wound Care Solutions to healthcare organizations. Focuses on strategic partnerships, understanding organizational needs, and engaging key decision-makers for long-term contracts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prospecting and Sales Generation
- Proactively identify and engage healthcare organizations and institutions using established leads and self-driven outreach efforts.
- Qualify prospects, build strong pipelines, and generate sales by matching client needs with appropriate wound care solutions.
- Client Inquiry Response and Lead Follow-Up
- Provide timely, professional responses to client inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and solution recommendations through phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a consultative approach to address client needs and build trust.
- Actively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, focusing on converting leads into organizational partnerships and long-term clients.
- Manage and Grow Existing Client Relationships
- Engage with existing clients through Client Success qualified leads, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to long-lasting client partnerships.
- Documentation and Data Integrity
- Record all activities in SalesForce with detailed documentation maintaining data integrity
- Achieve and Document KPI and Quota Targets
- Meet or exceed KPI targets and annual sales quotas, ensuring that all activities and pipeline developments are accurately documented in Salesforce.
- Participate in Industry Events
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Acute Relias solutions and expanding the professional network within the industry
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)
- 1+ years of professional sales or service experience, with ability to demonstrate success and tenure in a previous position.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED
- Professional sales or service experience in an environment that included a high volume of customer interaction
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
