This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with the technical team on the Certinia PSA platform to deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia PSA, along with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document PSA requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements or automation solutions.
- Support and coordinate system integrations between Certinia PSA and other enterprise applications (ERP/Financial Systems), ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Work closely with PSA administrators and vendors to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to ensure smooth Certinia PSA functionality with minimal business disruption.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making within the Professional Services organization.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for PSA-related processes.
- Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring key milestones are met and reported.
- Maintain and optimize system configurations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and PSA best practices.
What you will bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years working directly with Certinia/FinancialForce PSA.
- Deep knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) processes, including project management, resource management, time tracking, revenue management, and billing.
- Experience working with Salesforce (Certinia PSA is a Salesforce-native application).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with data reporting and analytics, including Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrations between Certinia PSA and ERP/Financial systems.
- Experience with Services CPQ is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices.
