YOU WILL:

Strategic Leadership & Business Operations
- Partner directly with the CEO on critical business initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational transformation
- Manage special cross-functional initiatives that don’t fall neatly into one team’s domain which directly impact company growth’s trajectory
- Represent the CEO's office in key stakeholder meetings and strategic partnerships
Operational Excellence
- Roll up your sleeves to execute critical tasks regardless of scope or visibility
- Spearhead operational improvements across the organization to drive efficiency and scale
- Support the planning and execution of key events from company offsites to leading preparation and analysis for board meetings
- Develop and monitor KPIs across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Executive Leadership Development
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goal
- Build and manage relationships with other c-suite stakeholders across the organization
- Develop and present strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership
- Position yourself for rapid advancement into senior executive roles

YOU HAVE:

2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Obsessive attention to detail.
High proficiency in excel and analysis.

Executive presence and superior communication abilities.
