Primary Purpose
The Client Marketing Associate role leverages expertise in marketing service and communications by taking in all marketing requests from client relationship partners, keeping the requests organized, staying on top of the details for each client, and bringing these projects to completion. This role requires being organized and able to deliver on critical marketing requests with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service and driving revenue.
This is a remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Support the client relationship and sales teams to drive revenue in our clients by delivering on marketing requests to drive benefits awareness and employee enrollment
- Deliver excellent service to our partners defined by problem solving, proactive solution orientation, a great attitude and impact
- Deliver service and operational related activities such as providing service to internal partners via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence
- Drive marketing projects from beginning to end through good communication, project management and collaboration.
- Collect and deliver feedback from marketing projects to continuously improve our processes, marketing programs and overall products
- Assess and report on marketing performance for all Client Engagement activities including email campaigns, shared and client-specific webinars, events, and other client engagement programs, to inform future activities.
- Develop positive ongoing relationships across Bright Horizons, the marketing functional areas and client Relations (account management) teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Some college is required (Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction preferred. Experience with Monday.com or other project management applications .

- Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong cross-functional communications skillset
- Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
- Flexible mindset. Be able to adjust quickly to changing priority of task
- Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
Compensation:
The annual this position is between $55,000-$58,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
