Community Outreach Associate (West Virginia)


American Infinite Academy (AIA) is a new online private school backed by Crimson Global Academy, a Top 3 Finalist for the World's Best School Prize in Innovation.

Our mission is to make high-quality private education more accessible and affordable for families across the U.S.—especially those who want their children to receive a strong academic foundation without being bound by rigid school schedules or geography.

We’re currently expanding in ESA/voucher-funded states and are looking for Community Outreach Associate based in West Virginia to help us build local awareness, form partnerships, and connect with communities on the ground.

About the Role
This is a part-time contractor role (15–20 hours per week to start) focused on local outreach, relationship-building, and traditional marketing. You’ll help us understand the West Virginia landscape, connect with communities, and raise awareness of AIA among ESA/voucher families.

Responsibilities
  • Build local awareness of AIA within the ESA/voucher and school choice ecosystems
  • Identify and engage with relevant community groups, parent networks, education organizations, and local influencers
  • Form trusted relationships with families and local stakeholders
  • Research competitor schools and how they’re reaching families
  • Source contacts and marketing insights from other ESA schools
  • Share feedback and local insights to inform state-level strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, or business development
  • Experience in education, particularly with charter schools, ESA programs, or family-focused organizations
  • Strong local knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently with a flexible, project-based mindset

Contract Details
  • Part-time (15–20 hours per week, with potential to extend as we grow)
  • Initial 3-6 months contract, with potential to extend
  • $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience
