As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs across Kyocera Document Solutions and its Group Companies. This will include collaborating with various departments to identify and address specific training requirements, coordinating activities and processes linked to assessing employee needs, designing engaging learning content, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs to ensure continuous skill development and performance improvement of our employees. This role will also be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Learning & Development (L&D) team.

 Responsibilities: 
+ Prepare documentation such as schedules, standard operating procedures and reports including course completions.
+ Coordinate and assist with the delivery of learning and development programs for leaders, managers, and employees.
+ Promote business initiatives for employee development by planning, coordinating and evaluating a variety of training programs 
+ Conduct periodic needs assessment studies with management to identify current and future training needs 
+ Coordinate training programs with other departments to maximize employee development opportunities
+ Research new trends and development strategies to ensure training programs are consistent with business goals and objectives
+ Support and maintain L&D content for internet and intranet websites
+ Act as the Learning and Development’s (L&D) first point of contact and manage the L&D inbox
+ Coordinate all learning and development activities
+ Support the organization in maintaining mandatory training compliance requirements.
+ Maintain training calendars, schedule courses and coordinator logistics for L&D programs
+ Facilitate participant registration for course registration
+ Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery
+ Maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate effective employee development initiatives.
+ Willingness to upskill to overlap responsibilities of other L&D team members. Qualifications: 
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Learning & Development or Training Coordinator
+ Experience working with a Learning Management System or database
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Intermediate skill level working with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
 
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
