Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine brand strategies, positioning, and voice/tone for our products, programs, and services
  • Craft engaging content for various platforms, including website, marketing materials, email campaigns, video scripts, and events
  • Create compelling on-brand ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaign materials that are optimized for SEO and conversion
  • Stay up to date on product, program, and service information to inform clear and accurate writing
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and write with empathy and insight, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings
  • Manage multiple short-term and long-term deliverables/timelines effectively
  • Conduct thorough research to support content development

What we're looking for?

  • Minimum 6 years of brand strategy and copywriting experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Exceptional creative and academic/technical writing skills, with expert-level editing and proofreading abilities
  • Solid understanding of marketing best practices and tactics (e.g. lead gen, sales, and SEO)
  • Proven experience writing effectively for email, content, events, and website/digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt your writing style and tone to different audiences and platforms
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with ClickUp and Figma a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in fully remote, distributed teams
  • Experience in SaaS marketplace business models is highly desirable
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your best work (required)

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

Salary $85,000.00-$90,000.00

  • We support remote work from other locations in the US
  • This role reports to the Creative Director
  • All employees commit to be available on-camera for our Core Working Hours noon-5 pm EST M-F.
