What will you do at Presence?

We're looking for a highly organized Creative Operations Manager with a deep knowledge of creative marketing tactics to join our team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the timelines, processes, and communications that bring a wide range of marketing campaigns to life. You are a self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in collaborative environments. You balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You have demonstrated experience managing small and large campaigns with remote teams, always with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results. You’re constantly seeing opportunities for improvement and have the drive to research and activate ideas that maximize resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Setup, launch, and manage projects from start to finish: Manage projects of various complexity and size working closely with stakeholders throughout the organization; plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; maximize budget and manage workflows by efficiently for in-house, freelance, and agency partners
  • Keep everyone in the loop: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed 
  • Coordinate projects to run smoothly: Design and implement streamlined workflows, establish clear processes, and maintain meticulous documentation for all projects
  • Find solutions and drive improvement: Proactively identify potential roadblocks/risks/inefficiencies and constantly seek resourceful ways to optimize our processes
  • Manage information: Serve as the central source of truth for project information and documentation, ensuring easy access for all stakeholders; publish regular reporting on creative team performance; consistently maintain documentation and assets in publicly shared spaces
  • Anticipate challenges: Foresee potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track; identify risks, negotiate effectively, and implement solutions to mitigate issues
  • Onboard: Provide training and guidance to new team members or stakeholders on best practices and process improvements

What we're looking for?

  • 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a creative environment (e.g. agency, design studio, in-house creative team)
  • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing work in project management software (ClickUp experience is a big plus)
  • Deep understanding of creative and marketing for SaaS products (e.g. writing, graphic design, web development, email marketing, social and content marketing)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing fully remote teams
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

Salary $90,000.00-$95,000.00

  • We support remote work from other locations in the US
  • This role reports to the Creative Director
  • All employees commit to be available on-camera for our Core Working Hours noon-5 pm EST M-F.
