Our three early childhood education brands are Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years. 
 
We have a great opportunity for a Curriculum Coordinator to join our growing company!
 
The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining HighReach Learning, our proprietary curriculum, to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility for schools. This role involves digital content updates, resource development, curriculum auditing, field support, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and addressing curriculum needs.
 
This position can be located in a any area where CDS schools are located.
Responsibilities: 
  • Review and update digital curriculum manuals monthly to ensure accuracy and alignment with educational standards.
  • Develop and revise Activity and Enhancement Plans to support curriculum implementation.
  • Manage and update curriculum content within the Moments parent engagement app, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
  • Conduct weekly audits of curriculum in Moments to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Gather and submit monthly curriculum order numbers to the shipment vendor for timely distribution.
  • Respond to curriculum-related inquiries from schools, providing prompt and effective support.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate curriculum data to support operational needs.
  • Create and design monthly field resources using Canva and other content creation tools.
  • Communicate effectively with school leaders and internal teams to support curriculum needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively provide solutions to enhance curriculum accessibility and effectiveness.

Requirements: 
  • CDA or Associates degree in Child Devleopment, Early Childhood Education or Education (General Studies)
  • Minimumum of 3 year's of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or instructional design preferred
  • Strong understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, HighReach Learning curriculum.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support schools and internal teams.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset, taking initiative to address challenges and streamline processes.
  • Experience with Canva (or similar design tools) for resource development.
  • Comfort with digital platforms and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Moments app).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with digital curriculum platforms and content management systems preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based communication, training, or curriculum support roles preferred
