Overview: 
The Curriculum Developer, Tech Ops Training (Digital Learning Designer) is responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement high-quality e-learning content. The work involves using digital tools and technologies to create effective, engaging, interactive, and visually appealing learning materials.

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop multimedia learning content across various digital platforms, including video, graphics, animation, virtual/augmented reality, interactive simulations, etc. for aircraft maintenance technicians.
  • Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning models to create eLearning content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Coordinate with Tech Ops Training Management to develop content aligning with Endeavor Air policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and education.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for digital learning practices and tools.
  • When required, perform duties as a Tech Ops Instructor.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience in Instructional Design or Curriculum Development is preferred.
  • Experience in aviation maintenance is preferred.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience designing and developing digital learning content is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles is preferred.
  • Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Power Point.
  • Experience with course authoring tools, preferably Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro is preferred.
  • Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting of boxes, bags, electronic equipment, files and equipment not in excess of 30 lbs. 
  • Some travel required as necessary.
