We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Project Management skills to join our Professional Development (PD) Data & Systems team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building dynamic reporting frameworks and narratives using Tableau, Salesforce and other data tools to drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with PD Operations leadership and collaborate with Business Systems, Data, and Finance teams to obtain and analyze data related to our professional development delivery, and drive data projects forward.
This role requires a skilled storyteller, adept at building and maintaining dynamic reporting tools, and capable of translating complex datasets into meaningful insights. Collaboration, technical expertise, and attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Data Analyst - 80%:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance strategic dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau (primarily), Salesforce, and Google Sheets to track progress toward the PD team KPIs.
- Build and maintain clean, accurate, and reliable metrics and reports for our Professional Development team.
- Collaborate with Data and Business System teams to effectively gather and analyze data from various sources, including Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
- Leverage SQL to perform data analysis tasks, ensuring robust and insightful data findings.
- Provide regular headlines and key takeaways from data analysis to leaders and stakeholders at all levels in a clear and actionable manner.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights clearly and persuasively in both written and conversational forms
Project Management - 20%:
- Lead data projects from initiation to completion, maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring on-time and within-scope project deliverables.
- Collaborate with PD Operations Data and Systems leadership to implement strategic data and reporting methodologies and establish regular reporting cadences.
- Oversee and manage requests to Data Engineering for support on intricate data modeling.
- Integrate and align your work with team and company priorities, actively contributing to the achievement of these goals.
- Participate in and/or lead team commitments, including working groups, team meetings, projects, and other initiatives contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Flexibly support various initiatives as needed, adapting to the changing needs of the organization and contributing to emerging projects or priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects.
- Proficiency in Tableau, with experience using Salesforce for reporting and data visualization.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Familiarity with SQL, especially for data analysis tasks.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical partners and a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Knowledge of programming languages.
- Certified PM or agile PM certification.
What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
