How can you make an impact?
We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Digital Experience Associate to join our growing Web & Platform team! In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping how users interact with our digital experiences. You'll be creating and coordinating exciting projects that drive the business forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in the digital space and contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to conceptualize and execute digital experience projects
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and refine digital content for our channels, including copy, graphics, and video
  • Create and update digital content, including in-platform communications, walkthroughs, and website pages
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital experiences
  • Learn and experiment with new MarTech and EdTech systems to drive business results
 
We are looking for someone with…
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to operate in a high-stakes environment with competing priorities
  • Understanding of website/digital best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Bootstrap 5 knowledge/experience would be a big
    plus
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

The pay range for this position is between $54,550-$70,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
