Position Summary:  We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support and grow TCI’s presence in the K–12 education market. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will manage all digital marketing activities and channels, including  lead capture form management, digital sampling, email marketing, and the company website.  In addition to executing and optimizing digital campaigns, this role will act as a key liaison with external marketing partners to ensure the effectiveness of omni-channel marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing email campaigns, including list management and deployments through Pardot. This role will analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive lead generation and conversions.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase TCI’s brand visibility, generate leads, and nurture educators through the sales funnel.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and support TCI’s marketing drivers.

Campaign & Channel Management
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing strategies, leveraging segmentation and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Oversee website content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and an optimized user experience.
  • Coordinate with contracted marketing partners to execute omni-channel campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage email campaigns directly, including building and deploying emails, managing lists, and creating workflows within Pardot.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels, including website traffic, PPC results, email engagement, and social media performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to refine campaigns and recommend improvements to both internal strategies and external partnerships.
  • Regularly report on ROI and the success of digital efforts to the marketing team.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with internal teams (content, sales, marketing) to create cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing partners, ensuring alignment with TCI’s brand, objectives, and goals.
  • Recommend adjustments to campaign strategies or partnerships based on performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the K-12 sector or EdTech industry is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in PPC, SEO, email marketing, and website management.
  • Strong experience managing email marketing campaigns, including building and deploying emails, segmentation, and list management, preferably using Pardot or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot) to drive decisions.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with education or K–12 markets is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing omni-channel campaigns, including paid and organic social media, digital ads, and email workflows.
  • Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, WordPress, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring in AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, KY, MI, MT, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA.  The pay range for this position is between $96,000 and $140,000  annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills and location. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and bonus eligibility
