Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Leader that has a proven track record of building Field Marketing teams and delivers success through empowerment and accountability. You will lead Field Marketing and Account-based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in close coordination with our Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams. As the Director of Field Marketing, you will develop and scale our global field marketing program. Day-to-day activities will include defining team objectives and outcomes, helping the team adapt and learn, interacting and leading conversation with key stakeholders, and end-to-end campaign execution. They will also help evaluate, provide feedback, and offer suggestions to improve collaboration, programming, and messaging. Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Field Marketers to identify and orchestrate regional campaigns across market segments in coordination with sales and functional areas of marketing
- Develop measurable demand and ABM programs that drive pipeline and contract value growth
- Lead and expand a team of field marketers to support sales and execute on regional and state specific campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to review plans and gather audience insights, changing market conditions, and emerging opportunities that feed into the program design and execution
- Work with marketing leadership and cross-functionally to build campaign processes and workflows
- Be knowledgeable on how to message in large and strategic accounts including creating marketing toolkits and collateral, supporting channels, and assisting local customer programs
- Coordinate resources to implement targeted and personalized tactics such as digital, email, events, etc., timeline for execution of specific tactics, and defined program goals and metrics to track results
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to track spend and marketing effort against campaign goals to ensure resources are being used effectively
- Analyze, provide feedback, and help drive the strategic direction of the team’s campaigns, tactics, and messaging
- Track program results, measure success and report metrics to stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications:

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of leading Field Marketing preferred
- 5-7 years’ experience in demand generation, or integrated marketing campaigns; preference to candidates with B2B marketing experience
- Experience working directly with Sales or education industry.
- Strong understanding of ABM best practices re: personalization at scale, customer acquisition, lead generation, content, display advertising, email marketing, and B2B demand generation
- Salesforce CRM, 6sense, and Marketo experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, project management, and numerical skills
- Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $136,500 - $189,100 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
