Who You Are

  • Change Management Expertise: Ability to lead and manage organizational change effectively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Talent Management Systems: Tech-savvy and adaptable to new HR technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field: Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven HR Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification: Highly desirable.
  • West Coast Time Zone: Preferred location.

The typical base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 plus variable pay per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
