Guild is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Marketing Campaigns to lead campaign strategy and execution at Guild. Reporting directly to the VP, Performance Marketing, this role demands a dynamic leader capable of crafting compelling marketing strategies that effectively address B2B and B2C audiences.

This person will lead a team of campaign managers, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can balance big-picture vision with flawless execution. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product marketing, content, pre and post sales teams, and marketing operations, to deliver impactful campaigns that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the quarterly campaign planning process at Guild, ensuring collaboration, alignment and visibility across teams.
  • Develop and oversee the overall strategy and execution of all marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers, promoting a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and marketing innovations, fostering professional growth and continuous learning within the team.
  • Identify target audiences and key messaging, working with product marketing, content and digital marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Set measurable campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs, using insights from data and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, product marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized campaign performance.
  • Oversee the marketing campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance data to continually refine strategies and report insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Serve as a marketing leader, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting alignment across functions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $175,000 - $197,500, as well as variable compensation and company stock options.
