Job Summary   | The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Administrator Associate position. This position will work as the Certification\/TA Supervisor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
The responsibilities of this position include: Supervision of Disability Program Specialist II RISE staff supporting participants in the 1915i RISE initiative by working in the office and field to ensure that education, technical assistance re-certifications and follow up is provided in a timely and professional manner. Visiting field locations to ensure staff are following all appropriate record keeping and confidentiality policies. Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of the RISE initiative by communicating with central office staff regarding issues in the field. Consulting and communicating with other state agencies (Medicaid, DCBS, etc) and service providers. Work related travel is a requirement of this position.
This position will advance HDI's mission and strategic plan.
