Purpose
We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, operationally focused training programs. You will be responsible for delivering clear, informative and instructionally sound e-learning content for our different business units.
 
Task
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning and development needs, and to secure agreement on program outlines and success metrics.
  • Utilize modern instructional design principles and methodologies to develop curriculum and content that enhance learning and retention.
  • Design and create engaging, intuitive, and impactful online training materials to be deployed across our Learning Management System (LMS) (Dayforce Learing & ELoomi)
  • Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective e-learning courses using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools (see below)
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate individuals, offering and accepting constructive feedback to enhance eLearning content.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards (ADDIE Model).
 
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an instructional designer
  • Experience in adult learning principles, technology, e-learning, and working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and LMS platforms.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
