Primary Purpose
The Events Operations Manager will oversee the intake and management of client event requests, ensuring alignment with company priorities and resources. This role will develop and implement a streamlined request and fulfillment process to enhance efficiency and transparency.
This is a remote position available in the United States.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Manage event staffing across the country, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal coverage.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Maintain and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align event strategy with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and ordering of event marketing materials, signage, and collateral in collaboration with the creative team.
- Optimize event operations processes by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and technology solutions.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event surveys to measure success and gather insights.
- Coordinate post-event reporting and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging event technologies to continuously enhance event experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management or related field
- 5 years of Marketing and/or events operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills - ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision
- Must be results-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong cross-functional communications skillset
- Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
- Be able to adjust quickly to changing priority of tasks
- Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Monday.com, and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong writing skills, review skills, and general creative “eye”
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
Compensation: The annual for this position is between $70,000-$80,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
