Job Summary  | Plans, directs and evaluates the activities of the post-award research department to meet the university’s education and research mission. Included in these responsibilities are: fiscal accountability, staff management, quality management, process improvement, and systems development. This position will engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders including Deans, faculty and departments as well as other research leaders and will be responsible for the development and streamlining of business processes and system changes that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, education, and customer service of post-award grant management. It is expected that this position will partner with other stakeholders within Financial Services, and the Office of Sponsored Programs to promote and drive change management to develop consistent and efficient business processes that are both standardized and service-focused.
