American Infinite Academy (AIA) is a new online private school backed by Crimson Global Academy, a Top 3 Finalist for the World's Best School Prize in Innovation.

Our mission is to make high-quality private education more accessible and affordable for families across the U.S.—especially those who want their children to receive a strong academic foundation without being bound by rigid school schedules or geography.

We’re currently expanding in ESA-funded states and are looking for a Family Outreach Coordinator based in West Virginia to help us build local awareness, form partnerships, and connect with communities on the ground.

About the Role
This is a part-time contractor role (15–20 hours per week to start with) focused on local outreach, business development, and traditional marketing. You’ll help us understand the West Virginia landscape, connect with communities, and build awareness of AIA among ESA families.

Responsibilities
  • Build awareness of AIA in West Virginia ESA and school choice ecosystem
  • Identify and engage with relevant community groups, parent networks, education organizations, and local influencers
  • Research competitor schools and how they’re reaching families
  • Source contacts and marketing insights from other ESA schools
  • Provide on-the-ground feedback to inform state strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or business development
  • Experience in the education space, particularly with charter schools, ESA programs, or family-facing organizations
  • Strong local knowledge and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a contractor capacity with a flexible, project-based mindset

Contract Details
  • Part-time (15–20 hours per week, with potential to extend as we grow)
  • Initial 3-6 months contract, with potential to extend
  • $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience
