The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences across a variety of formats, including eLearning, virtual training, and job aids. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), internal teams, and leadership to turn complex processes and information into impactful training solutions.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
  • Designs and develops learning materials, including eLearning courses, microlearning, videos, Scribe step-by-step guides, and instructor-led content.
  • Applies instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create engaging experiences.Utilizes authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Scribe) to build content.Reviews and revises existing training materials to align with current business needs and systems.
  • Coordinates with L&D team members to ensure learning materials align with broader training strategies and programs (e.g., ERP, new hire, compliance, manager development).
  • Collaborates with LMS administrators to publish and manage content in the LMS.
  • Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and learning data.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.4 or more years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio of instructional design projects (eLearning, guides, videos, etc.).Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Scribe, etc.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Litmos.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working with SMEs.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
