Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a globally recognized specialty retailer in developing innovative training solutions for frontline employees. This role is ideal for a skilled learning professional with strong Articulate Storyline experience, video editing expertise, and live virtual facilitation skills. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with retail experience being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging training programs, including eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and self-study materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and build effective instructional solutions.
Utilize Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM-compliant tools to create dynamic and interactive content.
Edit and produce training videos to enhance the learner experience.
Facilitate live virtual training sessions with confidence and professionalism.
Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Research and implement innovative learning methodologies focused on adult learners.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and training facilitation.

Comfortable delivering live virtual training sessions, engaging audiences effectively on camera.
