Salary Range:
$90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and play a key role in shaping the future of training for dealership professionals across the country.

This is a full-time position with a healthy work culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. Duties require some travel, comprising 5% of the role at times. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage curriculum for assigned NADA Academy courses, ensuring materials are current and up-to-date.
  • Design and develop original training content for both instructor-led and online training formats. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including scopes, sequences, learning objectives, and assessments.
  • Create a variety of instructional materials such as participant workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, management guides, tutorials, and job aids, translating complex industry information into clear, dealership-friendly content.
  • Ensure that training materials align with NADA’s design standards and objectives. 
  • Research, write, and edit management resource guides that break down complex, industry-related topics into easily digestible formats for dealership leaders.
  • Contribute to staff training on adult learning methodologies and instructional design best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, with expertise in both classroom and online learning environments.
  • Proven ability to work closely with subject matter experts to develop content for diverse learning formats (instructor-led, blended, and online).
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
  • Project management skills to manage deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
