We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer to develop comprehensive learning paths and certifications for our client’s advertiser learningsoftware. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of online advertising, and digital marketing. They will be responsible for creating engaging, easy-to-understand, and effective learning materials that empower our users to leverage the full potential of our client’s learning software for their advertising learning needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the our client’s learning software, its features, and functionalities.
  • Work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and create learning paths and certifications tailored to various user segments/audiences and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials, including eCourses, videos, tutorials, and written guides.
  • Regularly review and update learning paths to ensure they remain current with the latest features and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning paths through learner feedback and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the learning paths and drive user adoption.

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in instructional design with Rise360 and Intellum Evolve, and preferably with a focus on digital marketing or online advertising learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of our client’s learning software and its features, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proven ability to design engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong program and project management with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.05 to $51.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
