About the Role
We're seeking a contract Instructional Designer to develop and manage engaging learning experiences for engineering leaders and teams using Jellyfish. This individual will play a key role in updating existing courses and developing new, engaging educational content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning platforms. This role will focus on creating learner-centric educational content for our learning platform, Jellyfish Academy.

Let's talk about what you'll do:

Scope of Work
  • Develop comprehensive learning modules for Jellyfish Academy
  • Create diverse learning materials, which could including online courses, videos, and one-pagers
  • Update existing course content to reflect recent product changes, feature releases, and platform updates
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create and publish course content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SMEs to understand platform capabilities and user needs
  • Design learning content that supports customer onboarding and platform mastery

Contractor Details
  • Part-time (~20 hrs/week)
  • Estimated project duration: 3 months
  • Remote work

  • 3-5 comprehensive online learning modules

Let’s talk about what you need to excel:

  • Strong understanding of software development practices and tools
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), and authoring tools (Articulate) is a plus.
