Requirements
The qualified candidate for the Instructional Systems Designer role must possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in instructional design, including identifying learning needs and designing instructional strategies.
  • Certification in Instructional Design from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a facilitator.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating across teams.
  • Prior customer experience and excellent communication skills.
