RMC has an Instructional Systems Designer position supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Program of a large federal agency.  
The selected applicant will demonstrate experience in graphic design of instructional materials, web based content, agency news articles, bulletins and videos. 
  • Other job duties include
  • Assist in development of safety based content, news articles, bulletins and related videos.
  • Administration of the SharePoint portal used for the communication of safety based content.
  • Design of graphics associated with outreach posters, web pages, training content and newsletters. 
  • Design and maintenance of content distributed on external and internal websites to include, but not limited to: Program information, employee communications, training registrations and course evaluations.

Requirements
  • Active Public Trust clearance required. The selected qualified candidate will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to be adjudicated for a Public Trust clearance.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in graphic arts, or studio arts;
  • Two (2) years of recent experience preparing audiovisual productions and presentations.
  • Selected applicants will also have experience working with applications such as Canva, Adobe Premier, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications in a PC-based development system and the Adobe Creative Suite (to include Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign, and Acrobat).

Desired
  • A Degree in graphic arts, or studio arts.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with management of web page content and use of applications such as SharePoint, MS Power Apps and MS Forms.  

This position may require up to 10% travel.
