Millennium Corporation is hiring an Instructional Systems Specialist to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.

Serves as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist when required
Develops programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields
Designs and develops effective instructional programs and training literature for students
Monitors schedules for instructional programs
Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
Works with subject matter experts and existing course materials, assists in designing and developing the instructional analysis, paper-based instructional materials, accompanying support materials such as workbooks, and instructor guides

Qualifications:

Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience or HS Diploma and 6 years of experience.
Experience with articulate 360, Vyond, Training Development.

Business Development:
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements:

Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
