THE WORK
We are seeking an Instructor to support our Surface Combatant Training team. The team will be developing and conducting training for a localized industry partner in Saudi Arabia who will be responsible for the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of the Royal Saudi Naval Force’s (RSNF) newest ships, the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC).

This position regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an expert in field within the organization which includes curriculum development and instruction in support of classroom and shipboard training for the MMSC class of ships. Will be required to professionally interact with the MMSC customers and influence additional training support requirements.

This individual will support a multi-instructor and curriculum developer workforce providing curriculum development and instruction primarily for Saudi Arabian industry customers, and RSNF support personnel; develop new training materials, revise existing curriculum, plan and execute development tasks to meet key milestones, conduct formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports. Additional responsibilities and special projects will be assigned as needed to support the organization.

This is a fast paced, challenging position for proven high performers and quick learners. The position supports tight deadlines on a frequent basis. Effective and independent performance in a supportive, diverse team environment is expected.

This is a remote position and requires the ability to work independently in a telecommuting environment. Team collaborations are done via phone and MS Teams, with occasional in person meetings that may require travel, depending on selected candidates’ current location.

Requires Domestic and International travel on an as required basis to support meetings and training conducts. Domestic travel is estimated at not more than 25%. International travel is to be determined/as required.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered:
