The Client Success (CS) team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes.  The CS team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA, and NursingCE.  The team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
An Integration Specialist Nurse Educator (ISNE) provides nursing domain expert services to clients with integration of ATI products into a client’s curriculum across the onboarding, ongoing, and risk management client lifecycle.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This is a remote position and must be living within the United States.  

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Enhance and support client retention by leveraging data and making recommendations to optimize resource integration, improve curriculum, program, and student outcomes across the customer lifecycle
  • Lead regular client assessments to cultivate strong relationships and cross-team collaboration to ensure ATI product value is recognized, fostering loyalty and renewals
  • ATI Product expert, product alignment, active learning integration, best practice policies, data reviews, and industry support needs
  • Oversee Part-time ISNEs, as needed to ensure all clients receive optimal service
  • Leverage data to track metrics and KPIs, such as product usage and client outcomes, to recommend active learning strategy and policy recommendations
  • Utilize client success technology platforms for effective client management
  • Develop creative strategies tailored to a unique and diverse client base
  • Support KPI management to mitigate risk, boost client retention, drive sales, and foster client loyalty
  • Provide engaging Live Webinars, showcasing leading nursing solutions and why Ascend Learning is the leader in the industry for clients who want to achieve outcomes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Master’s degree in nursing, with a current RN license in good standing, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) is preferred
  • 5+ years in nursing academia and client success
  • 2+ years of teaching experience in an academic nursing setting
  • 2+ years of experience in nursing education, using ATI resources strongly preferred (ATI Champion)
  • 2+ years expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
  • 2+ years of experience working in Academia including Curriculum Development and Nursing accreditation process
  • Proficiency in current tech tools and platforms needed for Client Success Operations, including MS Office and webinar platforms
  • Ability to deliver effective, engaging presentations
  • Innovative, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, adept at leading focus groups and interpreting data, present findings to leaders to drive decisions
  • creative problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
  • Active listener, easily engage with audience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing and prioritizing daily tasks effectively  
  • Up to 50% of travel is expected
