The LEGO® Group is currently looking for a Sr. Key Account Manager to join our office in Boston! In this role you help us lead the building of our channel strategy while running and developing some of our key accounts.

Core Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager for the Amazon US business is a vital member of the team, helping to drive flawless execution of the business plan as the owner of key growth initiatives on one our largest SBUs globally. I. Support Development & Execution of Business Plan: Coordinates with Key Account Management Team to ensure the delivery of the Amazon US business plan.
- Strategic Orientation: Internalizes the LEGO Group’s and our customer’s strategy to assist in the development of a differentiated joint business plan which delivers upon our shared objectives, while capitalizing on the customer’s unique value proposition and shopper base.
- Commercial Integration: Innovate our go-to-market principles to deliver a highly integrated, bold, and effective promotional plan encompassing retail, storefront execution, platform marketing, and eCommerce operations. II. Drive Results: Delivers on key objectives to drive sustainable commercial growth through strong execution.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Drives strong scorecard performance against key traffic, conversion, and retail KPI targets through an analytical approach and a deep understanding of both the key paid & organic business drivers.
- Retail Marketing: Coordinates with extended customer team in delivering best-in-class retail marketing activations to drive awareness and conversion along the shopper journey.
- Brand Protection: Liaises with partners in Legal, Customer Development, Merchandising, and Performance Marketing to own brand protection initiatives with an emphasis on standardization and automation. III. Relationship Elevation: Delivers on our customer value proposition to drive positive customer pulse through building a trusted & productive relationship as a key customer call point.
- Effective Negotiation & Selling: Leverages a data-driven approach to negotiate and lead toward mutually valuable promotional agreements.
- Capitalize on Licensing Partnerships: Lead our account relationship with several key inbound & outbound licensing partners to enhance online business opportunities and reach more shoppers.

The eCommerce Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering on core business objectives and bringing our customer value proposition to life on eCommerce platforms. Generate impact and value for our customers and shoppers to help The LEGO Group to inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow.
Do you have what it takes?
- Customer-facing key account management experience in consumer packaged goods with experience in eCommerce.
- Track record of versatility, flexibility and strong focus to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to proactively interpret digital trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail
- High-level of integrity, passion with a presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization
- Domestic and global travel required – 5%
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Thorough understanding of Amazon’s platforms: Vendor Central, AMS, Brand Registry
- A curiosity that drives ongoing development and progress
New Location Update
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Relocation
There is no budget for domestic or international relocation for this role.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $113,000 - $169,500 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
