The Learning and Talent Development Manager will work closely with company leaders and managers to implement, maintain, and monitor effective training and develop programs. Programs include: new employee onboarding, acquired employee onboarding, professional skills development, and leadership development. The Learning and Development Manager works closely with the Director of Learning and Development to implement the training roadmap strategy, plan, programs, procedures, systems, and metrics in alignment with company goals for all aspects of employee, management, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with various level of employees and stakeholders to drive Learning & Development strategy & vision.
  • Successfully deliver projects and tasks on-time, maintaining high operational efficiency
  • Oversee full cycle learning experiences using instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement that drives behavior.
  • Effectively use Learning Management System, Articulate 360, and O365 tools to meet evolving educaitonal and training needs.
  • Design and execute bootcamps that focus on delivering measurable outcomes and provide thorough participant assessments, enhancing learning and development

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a Learning & Development Role
  • Travel Expected: <25%
