Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a proactive and independent Project Manager with experience in learning and training development to assist in managing multiple projects and develop learning programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills, be adept at documenting processes and steps, and have the ability to drive projects to completion.

This role requires someone who can liaise with multiple stakeholders across different departments, create and update content, draft strategy and postmortem presentations, and collaborate with a team of instructional designers Additionally, experience in Digital Marketing, especially in Search, Native & Display, and Programmatic, is preferred.
 
Project Overview
The L&D Project Manager plays a key role within the Learning Strategy team tracking active development projects, Learning Week work back schedules, attending and participating in v-teams, and assisting the FTE learning strategists with stakeholder management.

This PM will engage with multiple stakeholders to manage the prep and execution of the quarterly Learning Week series, which is a key component of the L&D Team's training strategy. Success requires the ability to thoroughly understand, manage and communicate the status of all aspects of the planning/prep/execution for the Learning Weeks.
 
Responsibilities
The L&D Project Manager will work directly with a learning strategist, and have the following responsibilities:
 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Document processes and steps meticulously to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Drive projects forward, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Rally SMEs to gather necessary information and support for projects.
  • Create, update, and maintain content as needed.
  • Liaise with a team of Instructional Designers to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Build programs from drafting agendas of topics, including gamification elements, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Ensure programs are ready for delivery and content is accurate.
  • Draft strategy decks in collaboration with the L&D team and work occasionally on training measurement
  • Tracks training projects in development with instructional design team and updates stakeholder-facing project calendars accordingly.
  • Proactively communicates and works with a variety of team members and stakeholders to ensure success.
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience; 5+ years’ experience delivering training and learning development projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, especially in Search or Native & Display, or Programmatic, is preferred.
  • Industry knowledge of digital advertising.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience in creating and updating content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and other stakeholders.
  • Must be a self-starter with high level of initiative and ability to get things done.
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to anticipate what’s needed, as well as foresee project risks and mitigate issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, a self-starter, self-directed individual who can respond to changing business needs, rapidly adapt and overcome challenges.
  • Proactive organizational, planning and coordination.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to stay current with multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability and flexibility to deal with ambiguity.
  • MS Office (Outlook, OneNote, Planner, Excel are a Must), Teams, Learning Management Systems, SharePoint administration highly recommended.
    Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing learning and development projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in building programs, including drafting agendas, incorporating gamification, and ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 required, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
