Job Description: 
As a Learning Engagement Specialist, you will significantly enhance the customer experience by providing customer focused training, developing and executing comprehensive programs, and provide ongoing guidance to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.  You will collaborate with Service Operations business owners to ensure the team’s success with a particular focus on employee development and engagement.  Additionally, you will integrate eLearning tools to maximize training effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
•    Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
•    3+ years experience in training and development 
•    Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment  
•    Experience developing elearnings preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
•    Excellent presentation skills
•    Strong verbal and written communication
•    Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PPT) 
•    Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures, and systems within HSB
•    Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
