About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Development Advisor to support the Workday Learning (WDL) System for GTM, ensuring data integrity and providing technical expertise. This role involves managing WDL data, training schedules, records, and course offerings. As a key liaison to the enterprise WDL Learning Partner community, you will play a crucial role in representing GTM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Management System (LMS):
- Serve as the LMS point of contact for GTM.
- Perform Workday Learning system functions, including course management, enrollment, grading, and reporting.
- Test new digital courses before adding them to the Production environment.
- Support audits and provide reports for regulatory requirements.
- Maintain data integrity within the LMS.
- Represent GTM in weekly enterprise Learning Partner meetings.
- Collaborate with HR Solutions to create campaigns.
- Provide technical support and coaching to GTM Learning Coordinators and Advisors.
- Supporting Technical Training Group and Business Clients:
- Respond to business clients' inquiries about their learning.
- Assist with training reports, event coordination, vendor management, and training materials.
- Support Learning Advisors with blueprint creation and audience identification.
- Maintain team SharePoint sites and folders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system and team efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a Technical Training Process Library.
Scope/Dimensions:
The Training and Development Advisor will work interdependently, providing organizational leadership to field employees regarding LMS systems and administration.

- Functional departments, including Health and Safety, Emergency Response, Environment, and Engineering
Qualifications:
- University/Technical school degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a Learning Administrator with hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems.
- Good working knowledge of Workday Learning LMS is an asset.
- Experience with process mapping is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills and experience with LMS and server environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and creating custom reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Familiarity with Gas Transmission and Storage Operations.
- Experience in the administration and use of learning management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time and work priorities.
- Knowledge of management of change activities related to training programs.
- Broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
