Summary of Role
As a Command Alkon Customer Operations Learning Program Manager, you will be joining the small but mighty Command Alkon Strategic Learning Group in a role specifically designed to support the training and development of our customer facing organization. The successful Learning Program Manager will begin this journey by building internal content and comprehensive programs for our Implementation Teams, and then move to focusing on our client facing trainers and content. You will be the learning focused business partner for the customer implementation, success, and support teams.
How You’ll Succeed
- Build relationships and partner with the leadership of our customer facing teams.
- Evaluate employees' skills and performance to identify areas that require improvement.
- Ensure that new team members receive appropriate introductory training.
- Design, prepare, and deliver modules and materials, and plan annual refresher courses for all staff members.
- Organize training modules and curricula that honor and drive Command Alkon’s Core Values, is engaging and allows learners the maximum opportunity to build usable skills.
- Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess how effectively different modes, methods, and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation.
- Excel at general administrative learning duties such as reporting on learning outcomes, coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees.
What You Bring
-Practical understanding and demonstrated experience with adult learning – including but not limited to instructional design, flipped classroom, eLearning, and testing processes.
-Competent and direct level of communication – Great listener and effective written/verbal skills.
-Willingness and ability to understand and partner with many levels and departments in Command Alkon.
-Self-motivation to learn Command Alkon’s industry, products, and solutions.
