Learning Project Manager

As a Learning Project Manager you will work within our Learning & Capability brand Nazaré

You will deliver learning, scientific and capability projects on time, to scope and within budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships. You will collaborate with a variety of team members across Nazaré.
You will report into the Learning Delivery Manager.

We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.

What will you do …

Organization and Planning:
  • Daily tracking of projects including and not limited to.
  • Ensure the project, project folders, timelines and tools are set-up and kept up to date in a given time
  • Manage multiple project status reports, meeting/call minutes and action logs
Commercial and Financial Management
  • Scoping of projects following client brief and management of phasing and stages of project delivery
  • Project budget creation, management, tracking, editing and reconciliation.
  • Review internal company reports and action any updates for project finances
Client Relationship Management
  • Demonstrate good ability to be sensitive and adapt to client personalities, wider job roles and client internal relationships
  • Be the daily contact with clients, providing exceptional service, planning one step ahead
  • Set and host some client project communications
Communication
  • Outline project communication plans and set-up and manage tools to support
  • Host client and team meetings where required and manage meeting notes and reports
Leadership and Teamwork
  • Provide clarity to team members on project roles and responsibilities
Risk Management
  • Understand the critical project path to deliver a project through connecting the deliverables and project stage
  • Identify client and project goals and work with the team to ensure these are met

What you'll need to have ...
  • Have a minimum 3+ years relevant experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager in a life sciences agency or 2+ year relevant experience as a Project Manager in a pharmaceutical training agency
  • Experience managing multiple projects and organizing teams
  • Experience tracking and monitoring project milestones and costs to ensure profitability and highlighting budget challenges
  • Demonstrate client management skills, listening and questioning
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and independently
