Build your career with us! We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Systems Intermediate to join our Learning and Development team based in our Downtown Indy office. This role will work alongside four other Learning System team members to support the ongoing management, administration, and implementation of learning systems and technologies (LMS, LXP, etc.), to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities across the organization.
Special Note: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of LMS experience as a full system admin and a passion for learning systems and technologies. Experience with Oracle Learn is a plus!
A successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong customer service orientation and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences. Responsibilities include administering the daily operations and maintenance of our learning platforms, including user management, course uploads, system maintenance, integrations, data reporting, and troubleshooting user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational support for learning systems within IU Health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user-related issues while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage user accounts, course uploads, and system maintenance.
- Support integrations and data reporting.
