Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with expertise in Docebo to manage, optimize, and support our learning platform. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the LMS, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees, partners, and customers. The LMS Administrator, reporting to the Director, Service Readiness, will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop learning paths, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with training requirements. 

Responsibilities
LMS Administration & Support:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Docebo, managing platform configuration, user roles, permissions, and integrations
  • Maintain and update course catalogs, learning paths, certifications, and training materials
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and escalate complex issues to Docebo support, when needed
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
 
Content Management & User Experience:
  • Upload, test, and manage xAPI, and video-based content
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and navigation within Docebo, ensuring accessibility and ease of use
  • Support the development of interactive learning programs, including microlearning, gamification, and AI-powered learning experiences

 Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards to track learner engagement, completion rates, and training effectiveness
  • Provide insights to key stakeholders and recommend improvements based on data
  • Ensure accurate training records for compliance and audit requirements

System Enhancements & Integrations:
  • Work closely with IT, HR, and L&D teams to integrate Docebo with other enterprise systems (e.g. ADP, CRM, SSO, API-based tools)
  • Stay updated on Docebo’s latest features, releases, and best practices, implementing enhancements as needed
  • Lead or support LMS migration, upgrades, and automation projects

Training & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Train and support internal instructors, managers, and learners on how to use Docebo effectively
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and business leaders to align the LMS with organizational learning goals
  • Develop and maintain LMS documentation, user guides, and SOPs

Required Skills & Education
  • 3+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator, with a strong focus on Docebo
  • Experience managing LMS configurations, reporting, content uploads, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of xAPI and video-based learning formats
  • Proficiency in LMS analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience integrating LMS platforms with HRIS, CRM, or third-party applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to train and support end-users with varying levels of technical proficiency

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in corporate training, compliance training, or customer education
  • Familiarity with AI-driven learning, automation tools, or Docebo’s advanced features (e.g., Docebo Flow, Learning Suite, AI-powered recommendations).
