Job description
Title: Instructional Technologist (LMS Subject Matter Expert and Administrator)

Location: Milwaukee, WI or Remote – United States

Job Description:

Join a team of Learning Management System (LMS) professionals and serve as an LMS subject matter expert and administrator for Field Learning & Development. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Docebo LMS to support field learners, including troubleshooting, course management, program builds, assignments, tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • LMS Administration – Manage and maintain content within Docebo LMS, ensuring efficient course/program builds, assignments, and reporting.
  • Process Optimization – Develop and refine processes to improve LMS content management and support effectiveness.
  • User Support & Training – Provide exceptional learner support via calls, emails, and troubleshooting while also developing training materials and conducting in-person/virtual sessions.
  • Role & Access Management – Administer user roles, permissions, and access to ensure security and proper system use.
  • System Enhancements & Integrations – Monitor Docebo updates, releases, and integrations in collaboration with digital product teams.
  • Data & Compliance Management – Support reporting needs, regulatory requirements, and integration of Contract, License, and Registration processes into the learning experience.
  • Cross-System Collaboration – Partner with IT teams and Workday LMS administrators to align system functionalities and content needs.
  • Technical Capabilities – Understand LMS integration with course authoring tools (Storyline, Rise) and other platforms to enhance user experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate training with LMS administration responsibilities.
  • Expertise in Learning Management Systems (Docebo and Workday preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SCORM (1.2 & 2004); xAPI experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, and CSS/APIs (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders.
