Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a motivated LMS Training Specialist (Hybrid) to join a well-established biotechnology client in the Rockville, MD area. The LMS Training Specialist (Hybrid) will support the training team and play a critical role in developing and improving training and compliance systems, processes and documentation.

Responsibilities of the LMS Training Specialist:

Support the training team with the administration and maintenance of the training system, ComplianceWire
Manage user accounts within the ComplianceWire system, including adding new users and adjusting training assignments as needed.
Process and manage training forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop engaging and effective training content tailored to meet compliance requirements.
Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to align training initiatives with business goals.
Provide support for document control processes; familiarity with Veeva is a plus.

Qualifications of the LMS Training Specialist:

4+ years of professional experience working in a training role for a biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization
Experience processing training forms, adding training users into LMS, and development training content (GMP)
Experience using LMS (Learning Management Systems) – ComplianceWire experience highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in science related field

Compensation for the LMS Training Specialist:

· Salary: Between $40.00 - $50.00 hourly based on years of relevant experience
