Who we’re looking for
The Manager, Integration Services will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers who are crucial to the seamless operation and enhancement of our platform and support of our customer-facing teams. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a champion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team consistently delivers robust and scalable integration solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

You’ll oversee projects that meet both technology requirements alongside customer requests and needs by working closely with our Engineering and Product teams to build roadmaps and product requirements. The Integration Services team has the unique opportunity to solve complex technical concepts with the ability to help the Customer Success leadership prioritize and communicate decisions related to the customer experience. You’ll provide guidance, oversight, and training to help us scale the Integration Services team as well as achieve our Customer Success KPIs.

This role will include: 
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development support to team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
    • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss performance, goals, and career aspirations.
    • Build a strong, cohesive team environment characterized by collaboration, trust, and open communication.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Technical Guidance & Strategy:
    • Provide technical leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with overall engineering and product strategy.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, focusing on code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Project Management & Delivery:
    • Oversee the execution of integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
    • Monitor team performance and track key metrics related to code quality, feature releases, and data update efficiency.
    • Effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure the team follows established processes and best practices for code development, testing, and deployment.
    • Monitor the performance and stability of systems, and proactively address any issues.
    • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.
  • On any given day, you might be running sprint ceremonies, hosting company-wide demos, talking to your team, talking to customers, or working with your peers to make our team better!

Our Ideal Candidate will have: 
  • 2+ years of Engineering Management experience where you were responsible for managing and driving execution on a delivery team
  • 2+ years of experience and proven success authoring and deploying code
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred 
  • Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to maintain multiple different projects in different phases at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
