WHAT YOU'LL DO  
As a Manager of Sales, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coaching sales employees and associated support overlay team members.  You’ll also provide deconfliction, pipeline review, analysis and reporting, and goal/quota setting.   

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  
This position will work remote in the United States.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 
  • Sales Coaching and Management – you'll conduct coaching consultative and value-based sales techniques on needs to recommend product solutions 
  • Pipeline Review and Reporting – you'll analyze your teams' current pipeline, their performance, and their leads for coaching opportunities and conduct reporting/forecasting to management 
  •  Enable Team to Achieve – you'll execute sales strategies to promote sales growth, and set both individual and team revenue expectations  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred 
  • 8+ years of relatable sales work experience   
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred 
  • Key Skills and Abilities:  Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving, Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, Pipeline Management 
  • Effective communicator and presenter, strong business acumen, and great relationship building skills 
  • Ability to analyze data, understand key metrics, and develop actionable strategies 
  • Customer focused – passionate about understanding client needs  
  • Results orientated – motivated to achieve quotas and prior experience with meeting and/or exceeding quotas 
  • Collaborative – works well across teams to drive client success and company growth 
  • Experience with using CRM software and project management tools
