The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Job Description
The Manager, Regional Partner Success & Growth, will lead a field-based team in strategic partnership management and growth. They will act as the central point for Workforce Development Board (WDB) partnerships, providing leadership, insights, and recommendations to optimize existing partnerships and to build and develop a related pipeline. They will develop and monitor metrics and provide support across their team’s lead pool and existing partnerships, establishing best practices that can be replicated and standardized across regions. They will also collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to ensure a seamless and positive partner experience and to communicate opportunities for expansion and product enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively train, onboard, and engage WDB partners.
- Support the Manager Workforce and WIOA in growing and leading the department as needed per company vision and strategy, traveling on-site as needed to support regional PSGMs
- Lead the team in planning, budgeting, and reporting on WDB partnership development, initiatives, and performance for annual and quarterly goals.
- Establish and track key metrics and objectives for lead generation and WDB partnership implementation and management.
- Drive delivery and success of partner health checks, managing any complaints/escalations
- Provide thought leadership and support for partnership growth
- Maintain and communicate a clear view of organizational metrics and progress to the leadership team, including recommendations and needs
- Develop, manage, and share best practices and methodologies for successful WDB engagements throughout the partner lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align strategy and execution of customer experiences, implementing any requested opportunities for select partner product testing and feedback

Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing teams within a Partner Success or Customer Success function
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Excellent analytical skills, including being able to identify opportunities for new partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve escalations and effectively manage customer/partner health and satisfaction
- Ability to develop best practices, methodologies, and training programs that enhance the partner lifecycle and promote successful engagements
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategy and enhance the partner experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey organizational metrics and recommendations to leadership effectively
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics software for tracking, reporting, and presenting partnership performance
- Willingness to travel to support team with pipeline and partnership management/ growth opportunities
Education
Bachelor's or equivalent experience

5+ years of related experience
Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Work Location
Work location is determined by role and business needs. In addition to our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT, we have several satellite locations across the US. Senior leadership, administrative functions, and technology teams are typically assigned to work in one of our office locations. While this position will begin with a Remote/Work-From-Home designation, this position will work "In-Office" once a dedicated space in Nashville, TN is established.
